The newly redesigned site is live and open for business. There may be a few new things to add but there will be few changes. I decided to make make the change because I felt the old site had far too much other content and the purpose of placing my art on the web was for the convenience of my clients and potential customers.
The pages were found on the Open Web Design site and were created by a designer identified as "joshmountain" I made few changes to the original design since I already use the color red in my logos. Obviously I used my own logos and altered the gallery space slightly to allow for more images.
I am just very pleased that it looks as good as it does.
On a slightly sadder note, I just arrived home yesterday from a trip to New Jersey where I attended my grandmother's funeral. It was great to see most of my family again and pay respects to a woman who was known for her religious devotion.
Having moved to California when I was very young I didn't have a chance to get to know her well but hearing the stories from the people who were here was fantastic.
I also had a chance to see some of the places I knew as a small child. It was all very enlightening!
